- amper is JetBrains' experimental YAML-configured build tool, currently in preview and aimed primarily at Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform projects. Opinionated in ways that will either feel liberating or confining depending on whether your project fits the mold. Not yet ready for general production use.
